Bandera’s management team has nearly 100 years of experience in the oil and gas exploration and production business, including 10 years together at Lonestar Resources, which focused on the Eagle Ford Shale of south Texas. Bandera will utilize its proven management style and operational practices to pursue new opportunities in the Eagle Ford Shale play. Bandera will leverage its existing deep inventory of relationships with energy service providers, financial counterparties and mineral owners to fuel a development program and corporate growth. In addition to full-time employees, Bandera has an extensive network of technical personnel available with whom it has considerable operational experience to its execute its technologically-differentiated drilling and completion program.
