Tom Waddill is Controller for Bandera Energy Partners LLC. Most recently, Tom was Assistant Controller for Lonestar Resources US Inc, from 2009 through 2022. Tom was responsible for the general ledger account, Joint Interest Billing, preparation of royalty payments, and Treasury. Tom’s extensive accounting experience has included roles at Utiliserve Inc, where he served as Treasurer, and Biospace, where he served as Controller. Notably, Tom has extensive oil and gas accounting experience with Southeastern Drilling Company (SEDCO), which was merged with Schlumberger’s Forex Neptune, which was renamed SEDCO/Forex. Tom’s roles included Staff Internal Auditor and progressed to Manager, Internal Audit. Tom was awarded a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from the University of Texas- Austin. Tom is married and has two children.
