Chase C. Booth is the Chief Financial Officer of Bandera Energy Resources LLC. Chase held positions of increasing responsibility during his 10 years with Lonestar Resources US Inc. Most recently, Chase was the Co-Head of Acquisitions & Divestitures Lonestar, where he oversaw the acquisition of hundreds of millions of dollars of oil and gas property acquisitions for the Company. Chase also served as Manager of Corporate Planning, which involved managing the corporate budget and financial model as well as organizing the construction of well AFE's and coordinating internal and third-party reserves reports. Chase's responsibilities also included Corporate Finance activities which included two senior unsecured notes offerings, a follow-on public equity offering, and all Senior Credit Facility activities. Prior to his tenure at Lonestar, Chase held finance positions at GM Financial as a Risk Analyst and at Hunter Chase Partners, a real estate investment banking firm. Chase was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Texas Tech University in 2005 and a Master's of Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 2006. Chase is married and has three children.
