Bandera Energy Partners, LLC was formed in 2022 with the goal of developing an asset base in south Texas via drilling, completion and production in the Eagle Ford Shale formation. Bandera’s management team has extensive experience and a track record of technical differentiation in the Eagle Ford Shale formation. As senior management of Lonestar Resources, Inc., Bandera’s management pioneered differentiated drilling and completion practices via an exclusive Joint Venture with Schlumberger Limited, a world leader in oilfield service technology.  This Joint Venture successfully applied multiple technologies in combination which focused on using advanced petro physical log analysis to place horizontal wellbores in the most productive segment of the Eagle Ford Shale while using similar petro physical analysis to optimize fracture stimulation techniques to maximize perforation efficiency and hydrocarbon recovery. 

Since 2014, Bandera’s team developed considerable operational experience with the drilling and completion of 117 horizontal wells in the crude oil, condensate and dry gas windows of the Eagle Ford Shale. Bandera’s team also demonstrated industry leadership in drilling extended reach laterals.  Since 2018, Bandera’s team completed wells that averaged over 20,000 feet in measured depth and perforated intervals exceeding 10,000 feet.

Bandera seeks to leverage its operational experience and deep relationships with mineral owners, other operators and financial parties to build a profitable production base in the Eagle Ford Shale.
